日本型移民政策の骨格
１．日本人口の 10％を移民が占める「移民国家」へ
○ 欧州の移民先進国の受け入れ数や日本社会の受け入れ能力などを勘案すると、
日本は、今後 50 年で総人口の 10％程度の移民を受け入れるのが相当である。
そこで日本政府は、１年以内に「移民国家宣言」を世界に発信する。
